The team for the "Polish Metrology" program were handed over by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Włodzimierz Bernacki. The team's term of office will last until December 31, 2023.
The tasks of the eight-person team will include, inter alia, substantive evaluation of applications submitted under the "Polish Metrology" program, evaluation of reports on the use of funds granted under the program, and issuing opinions on applications for amendment of contracts concluded under the program.
The program provides support for the implementation of projects aimed at:
- increasing the level of research capacity of metrological institutions,
- strengthening intellectual capital,
- increasing the competitiveness of the Polish economy in strategic areas for the country,
- development of modern technologies,
- stimulating the development of metrology, in particular in the areas of health, environment, energy and advanced measurement techniques,
- development of digital technologies.
The maximum funding for the project is PLN 1 million. In turn, the funds planned for the first competition amount to PLN 20 million.
